Clean, comfy, cozy, convenient, and reasonably easy priced! The room was clean and bed was comfortable. Hotel was located right next to a 24hr McDonald’s making it convenient in case you get hungry late at night. The owner was very nice and accommodating personally walking me through the after hours entrances along with showing me how the keys work. Local owned hotel which is a nice touch as well!

Stayed at Beaconsfield many times. Love the location. Everything is nearby, and you don't have to worry about drink and drive, as there is lovely Pub downstairs, and your room is just up the stairs. Nice toiletries provided every time we visit, and clean rooms. However, the last time, we had only one bath towel to share. There wasn't even a hand towel available. Didn't make a fuss about it, as the rest was pleasant.

I'm reviewing the pub. It's very traditional and clearly a local. As such, I give it full marks. The building is spectacular.

A very beautiful place and very inviting. I mean it's a good place for sleeping in silence. And having a wonderful tasty breakfast or lunch in a very english style. The drinks are really good and affordable. A place for spending a cool time. Very recommended.

The hotel is 2-star ranking, so expect it to be 2-star. The room is smaller than expected but it is fine enough for a few nights if you don't plan to stick in the hotel for too long. The room is clean enough. Bed and showers are clean but they didn't vacuum the whole room, it was pretty dirty under the bed. Only problem for me is the dripping from the ceiling above the bed (see picture with wet pillow). Leak caused by the heavy rain? PS: Photo disclaimer : The bin was empty, and the towels were laid nicely on the bed. The photo was taken at the end of our stay.

Perfect location, close to manor house tube station, finsbury park station. Easy to get in and out of central London. Great night life, pints are reasonably priced. Pool tables are a good laugh. Love the atmospherics of this pub. Juke box also adds a vibe in which not every pub has. Also has all the sports channels so a decent amount of arsenal fans come to watch them hopefully win. However you don't have to support that team. The crowd are very welcoming to my Newcastle toon army chants. Shoe army. Rooms need a little work but for the price it's actually really worth it. 10/10 would recommend to a friend. Bring your nan this pub is for all the family members.

Really nice place this, we came up and stayed whilst watching watching an Arsenal game. Karthi was on the bar and extremely helpful showing us all of the fire exits etc, he deserves a raise! The only complaint I have is that the pool table was extortion at £2 a game. Would recommend, especially given the price of a room at short notice

My expectations were pretty low from the reviews but I was really pleasantly surprised. Room was small but clean, check in was easy and getting in and out is easy enough when the pub is closed (they give you a key for the back gate and seperate back door). Everything you could need can be got within a very short walk. My room was quiet and I didn't get any traffic noise but that would very much depend on which room you get and which side of the building it is on. Only knocked a star off the room because there was no tea or coffee, but other than that I would highly recommend for the price. Would stay again.
